Voxidio is billed through prepaid credits. Credits are consumed as calls run; the price of each credit pack is shown at checkout before purchase. Free trial calls are not charged and are not subject to this policy.
You may request a refund of your unused credit balance within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed by placed calls are non-refundable, because real telephony and AI costs are incurred at the time calls run.
Email support@voxidio.com from the email address on your account, including your order or payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which appears on your statement and may also handle refund requests under its own buyer terms. Where those terms differ, the Merchant of Record's buyer terms govern the payment transaction.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly — most issues are faster to fix directly than through a chargeback.
