CORJZEN Software Development Services (Voxidio), a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines, is the controller responsible for personal data processed by this service. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which processes your billing details under its own privacy terms.
Account details, billing information, uploaded contact lists, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-captured fields. Recordings are encrypted at rest with access restricted to authorized roles.
To provide the service: provisioning numbers, running campaigns, metering cost, and supporting your account.
If you connect a Google account, Voxidio requests access to your Google Calendar (the calendar.events scope) for the sole purpose of writing the appointments our AI books on your behalf into the calendar you choose, and keeping those events in sync. We access only the calendar event data needed for this feature. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide this calendar-sync feature or where required by law. Google data is stored encrypted at rest and you can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access and stops further syncing.
Voxidio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may request export or deletion of personal data (GDPR/CCPA-style). Contact support@voxidio.com. Retention settings and a right-to-delete workflow are provided.
